2.         Roll call:  Mike Randall, Richard Zwiefelhofer, Don Stoik, Gary Lueck, Jared Zwiefelhofer, Mayor Koehler and Alderperson Meinen.

3          Approval of the previous minutes from the May 17^th, 2023, meeting.

4.         Discussion and consideration certified survey map submitted by Days Holding.

5.         Discussion and consideration on a Rezone Petition submitted by Venture Partners, LLC. for parcel #23009-0432-00020001 from R-1 (Single Family Residential) to R-2 (Two-Family Residential).

6.         Discussion and consideration on Ordinance to rezone parcel #23009-0521-67530001 from I-1 (Light Industrial) to R-2 (Two-Family Residential)

7.         Meeting to be adjourned.
