How do I get my dog licensed?

Dog licenses can be purchased at City Hall, 1503 Main Street, Bloomer during the business hours of 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Except as provided in Wi. Stat. 174.054, the owner of a dog more than 5 months of age on January 1 of any year, or 5 months of age within the license year, shall annually, or on or before the date the dog becomes 5 months of age, pay the dog license tax and obtain a license.

Information needed for licensing:

• Name, breed, and color of dog
• Rabbies vaccination
• Check, Cash or Money Order:   $10.00 if Spayed/Neutered   $15.00 for all other
• A $5.00 late fee will be assessed after April 1st
