DOWNTOWN FACADE & MICRO-LOAN COMMITTEE MEETING

City Hall, 1503 Main Street

  1.    Meeting called to order.
  2.    Roll call.
  3.    Discussion and action to go into Closed Session under Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)

     (e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a    closed session.

                *   Review of a downtown facade fund application.

       4.    Action to come out of closed session and report on action taken.

       5.    Meeting adjourned.
