What is the City of Bloomer's Winter Parking Ordinance?

Bloomer Ordinance Sec. 10-1-46 Seasonal All-Night Parking Restrictions:

When signs have been erected at or reasonably near the corporate limits as provided in Sec. 349.13, Wis. Stats., No person shall park, stop or leave standing any vehicle upon the City streets between the hours of 2:30 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. from the first (1st) of November through the first (1st) of April of any year except upon permission granted each day by the Bloomer Police Department upon daily request thereto. For violations of this restriction, forfeitures in the amount of Ten dollars ($10.00) shall be assessed.

OBTAINING PERMISSION TO PARK ON THE STREET OVERNIGHT DURING RESTRICTED MONTHS:

Permission to park on the streets overnight can be obtained by presenting to the Bloomer Police Department IN PERSON on a DAILY BASIS and registering your vehicle in the Winter Parking Log located on the Police Department lobby counter.  This gives permission to park on the street for the registered vehicle for that night.  If the Winter Parking Log is not present, it can be assumed permission for that evening has been suspended due to the predicted need for plowing.
