  2.         Roll call:  Mike Randall, Richard Zwiefelhofer, Don Stoik, Gary Lueck, Jared Zwiefelhofer, Mayor Koehler and Alderperson Meinen.

  3.         Approval of the previous minutes from the January 18^th, 2023, meeting.

  4.         Discussion and consideration certified survey map submitted by Dachel Real Estate, LLC.

5.         Discussion and consideration on certified survey map submitted by Lee & Ramona McMenamin.

6.         Discussion on utilization of industrial park land.
