  1. Meeting called to order.
  2. Roll call:Mike Randall, Richard Zwiefelhofer, Don Stoik, Gary Lueck, Jared Zwiefelhofer, Mayor Koehler, Alderperson Meinen.
  3. Approval of the previous minutes from March 24th, 2021.
  4. Discussion and consideration referencing CSM creation by Burton Development, LCC.
  5. Discussion and consideration regarding Ordinance #05-21: Create §§13-1-45(e) and 13-1-46(f) and to amend §13-1-60(g) of the City Code, Regarding Zero Lot Line Duplexes inR-2, R-3 and PUD Districts, Amend §§13-1-45 and 13-1-46 Regarding Side Yard Setbacks, and to Amend §§13-1-44, 13-1-45, 13-1-46, 13-1-47, and 13-1-48 Regarding Accessory Buildings.
