1. Meeting called to order.
2. Roll call: Mike Randall, Richard Zwiefelhofer, Don Stoik, Gary Lueck, Jared Zwiefelhofer, Mayor Koehler and Alderperson Meinen.
3 Approval of the previous minutes from the April 20th, 2022 meeting.
4. Discussion and consideration on a rezone petition for Venture Partners, LLC for parcel #23009-0432-00020001 from from(R-1) Single Family Residential to (R-3) Multi-Family Residential.
5. Meeting to be adjourned.
