Regular Meeting of the Planning Commission

December 7th, 2022 – 4:45 p.m.

 

  1.         Meeting called to order.

  2.         Roll call:  Mike Randall, Richard Zwiefelhofer, Don Stoik, Gary Lueck, Jared Zwiefelhofer, Mayor Koehler and Alderperson Meinen.

  3.          Approval of the previous minutes from the September 21st, 2022, meeting.

  4.         Discussion and consideration on development plan submitted by Renaissance Infrastructure Consulting for a Family Dollar/Dollar Tree.

5.         Discussion and consideration on a certified survey map by Marik Properties, LLC for parcel #’s:  23009-0931-65690005, 23009-0931-65690004, 23009-0931-65690003.

6.         Meeting to be adjourned.
