Water Utility Rate Increase

On July 17th, 2023, the Wisconsin Public Service Commission issued its Final Decision in the City of Bloomer Water Utility rate increase. The Step 1 increase, approximately 50%, will be effective with the August 16th - September 15th, 2023, usage cycle. You will see these new rates implemented on your October 1st bill, which will be due October 15th.
